Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts

My husband said this was the best brussels sprouts I’ve made yet…please enjoy!

  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1 Clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash brussels sprouts, cut off ends, and peel any browned, bad leaves. Place in a large mixing bowl and mix well with all ingredients. Stir until all sprouts are completely coated. Pour onto a cookie sheet (I cover the cookie sheet with foil for easy clean-up), and bake for about 20 minutes, or until desired tenderness. If you prefer your brussels sprouts firmer cook for 10-15 minutes; for softer sprouts with crispy outer leaves cook for 20-25 min.
